Lepeda Beach in Kefalonia: Just a brief drive away from Lixouri, Lepeda is an easily accessible beach with a bright red and orange-colored sandy shore, similar to that of Xi Beach, and a shallow seabed! It boasts natural pool formations, making it perfect for families with children, whereas it provides excellent views toward the Gulf of Argostoli and the lighthouse of Saint Theodoroi! At the end of the beach, one will find the monastery of Saint Paraksevi.
Lepeda is semi-organized, offering limited sets of sunbeds and parasols to rent, as well as a canteen, ideal for a refreshment or a quick snack by the water. Furthermore, an outdoor WC is available, as well as a free-to-use volleyball court, where tournaments take place every summer. It is of high importance to mention that Lepeda Beach is equipped with wheelchair-friendly facilities!
